Moderating debbugs.gnu.org input

Hello,

Please may I sign the listhelper service up as a moderator of the
debbugs-submit mailing list, which handles input to the
debbugs.gnu.org bug tracker? I think you are probably familiar with
it...

This is basically a gnu.org mailing list, albeit not hosted on
lists.gnu.org. It uses a standard mailman setup.

At the moment, it is receiving input for bug-gnu-emacs, bug-coreutils,
and bug-automake. So the messages to moderate are exactly the same
ones as you would have to moderate for those lists, just shifted to a
common location.

I don't believe it is a big moderation burden. We have control of the
input spamassassin setup and can tune it as needed. For example, there
were about 150 messages to moderate in the past week. But since there
is no way to separate the input, I feel bad having to ask the admins
of those three (so far) projects to moderate each other's mail.

Let me know what you think,

Glenn
