The premium-allocation header for variable products used to say
that all premium was allocated to the separate account, even when
it wasn't. Now it gives the correct allocation.

The South Dakota premium-tax threshold has been eliminated. Under
prior law, lower tiered rates were used only for cases with at
least one million dollars of first-year premium; now they're used
for all cases. Legislative reference: SD Chapter 260 (HB 1200).

Input files now load about one-sixth faster than previously.

The "Census" menu has a new "Print case to disk" command, which
creates composite and individual pdf files for everyone in the
census in a single operation. The individual pdf file names now
contain the insured's name as well as the census's name, as one
broker had requested.

Several obsolete menu commands have been removed. The command to
print a single census cell was redundant: hitting the "Print"
button after running the cell does the same thing. Commands for
printing the calculation summary never worked well--the printout
was usually cut off after a few columns--but no one complained
about that, apparently because nobody ever used those commands
anyway.

Keyboard shortcuts now work the same way everywhere. Previously,
they depended on context: for example, Ctrl-V for a census made
the column width variable, but for an individual illustration it
meant "Print preview".

Current COI rates are now limited to the corresponding guaranteed
rates in all cases. Rounding differences may change illustrated
COI rates slightly for substandard cases.

A solve for endowment at maturity has always been available. Now
it permits endowment at durations before maturity, too.

A new solve makes surrender value equal to tax basis. Agents use
this concept to show how an employee can treat employer payments
as basis in certain circumstances. Other illustration systems
typically lack this solve, so agents have been doing it manually.
