If it exists it would be an odd beast. Lout markup is generally lower level
and more procedural than HTML (at least standard HTML, as opposed to
degenerate netscapised or microsoftised dialects). So Lout>HTML is a bit
like a compiler which would compile assembler to C.
You may want to look at the various SGML solutions available (many tools
based on nsgmls are freeware) that way you mark the structure and can
convert to lout, html or anything else that may be useful in the future.
