Lout releases

Christmas greetings to everyone on the Lout mailing list.

I will not be able to release a stable version of Lout before
Christmas as I had hoped.  The current sneak preview version,
Version 3.10, is fine on Unix, but one correspondent has found
that it gives a fatal error under Windows on the PC while formatting
the User's Guide, and I will not be able to get to a PC to fix
it until late in January.

Please accept my apologies for this further delay.  I remain
determined to release a new stable version as soon as possible.
