My last release of binaries for Win32 was for 3.12. Since I was
pretty busy recently and since people was patient and didn't reqest
new prepackaged Win32 voicefully I've never managed to sit down a make
a new package - mea culpa.
Last time I checked lcc-win32 by Jacob Navia (Win32 C compiler based
on LCC, distributed free of charge) it failed to compile z14.c. I
notified Jacob about the problem, but had no time to verify if it was
fixed in the recent releases of lcc-win32.
