Hi all,
A package with Win32 executables (>=i486) has been
released on SourceForge. It works in console mode and
is ready-to-run after unpacking. The Lout SF page is
located at:
http://sourceforge.net/projects/lout/
The release is: lout-3.28-win32-bin.tar.gz (1958K)
with the guides preprocessed in PS format. Executables
have been compressed with UPX to save space. There is
a source diff as well for GPL compliance.
CHANGES: (vs. canonical Lout 3.28)
- adjusted Makefile to compile on Mingw gcc 3.2
- fixed a CRLF handling bug
- added code to find library files via exec path
- no locale or compression library compiled in
The file README.mingw provides all the details about
the quirks of this particular port.
Acknowledgements: Many thanks to Jeffrey Kingston,
Valeriy Ushakov and Franck Arnaud.
Enjoy,
