Glad to hear it.  I'm already planning to use it to
redo how I pass the direction of travel down syntax
diagrams.

Fine by me.  I'll be away all January as usual, but I'm
quite happy to leave the next release until after I get
back.  To avoid version problems I will refrain from
touching my current version of Lout until after your
stuff gets incorporated.
