lout forgets language setting inside @Table-environment

Hi there again!

There seems to be a small bug inside the @Table-environment. It forgets the @InitialLanguage setting of the @Book element.

The workaround is to set the language again for the @Table symbol (via @InitialLanguage). So, nothing serious and can wait for the next lout release. See the attached files for an example.
