Hi Olivia,

You need to exactly what and where the problems are.  In some cases 
install could be used, but in other cases install won't work, for 
example I don't think it preserves symlinks.

If you have a proposal for a change, please send a unified diff against 
the latest Savannah CVS.  You must explain your patches.
