Re: [Ltib] Problems updating kernel on MPC8377EWLAN

Hi, 
i am still getting error when I try to compile new 2.6.30.8 kernel with LTIB.
I've done all the procedure you suggested, edited *.spec.in and .config files (seems that is correct as i do not get any error message).


I run ./ltib -c and after that i get to kernel menuconfig. 
I select all things i need ad then start compiling.
It exit with error:

/usr/bin/install: cannot stat `etc/hotplug/{*.{agent,rc},hotplug.functions}': No such file or directory

make: *** [install] Error 1
error: Bad exit status from /home/francesco/Desktop/ltib-mpc837xerdb-20090826/tmp/rpm-tmp.1809 (%install)

Really do not know what I'm doing wrong, or how to solve...i am runnig ubuntu 8.04 - ltib FAQ says it is ok.


Any help really appreciated.
