Follow-up Comment #17, task #7136 (project lwip):

There hasn't been much comment on this feature in a while, so I will post the
latest memp_std.h file, which checks a MEMP_USE_CUSTOM_POOLS flag to determine
whether it should attempt to include lwippools.h (a custom user file).

To summarize the changes:
* memp_std.h - as attached
* opt.h - patch attached
* memp.c - (previously attached)
* memp.h - (previously attached)
* mem.c - (previously attached)
* stats.c - (previously attached)

What do you all think?
