Hi Jim,

I think it's not really linked to to such or such release, but since now, we have put more samples in contrib/apps, having the dns one should be good. Can you attach to the task#7017 your current release of the "resolver"? Like this, we could do some part of the job to help you...

Frederic et al,

I must apologize... I've been traveling quite a bit and trying to stay on top of developments when I have been in the office, so I have not yet addressed the issues in this task. I still plan on doing so, but I didn't think that this was going into 1.3.0 so I wasn't feeling rushed - not yet anyway. Is there a desire to incorporate this into 1.3.0 that I am not aware of?
