[lwip-devel] [bug #24132] Cross-dependency between ip_addr.h and inet.h

Follow-up Comment #4, bug #24132 (project lwip):

Here's a patch that is a lot cleaner:
* moves INADDR_* defines to inet.h where they are more appropriate
* does not add (improper) includes in inet.c
* takes the opportunity to define INADDR_ANY and _BROADCAST
