[lwip-users] Header File for CS8900.h required

Hi Leon,

Do you have the latest CS8900 header file + driver. I've had a go compiling
the one at the Savannah URL below, but the .h file (#include "cs8900if.h")
is missing.

Because that would imply the contrib modules are fully up-to-date with
the API changes in lwIP.

They aren't yet. I am to blame for the c16x/cs8900 port being not
up-to-date yet.

Contributors should tag their sub directory with STABLE-1_0_0 when they
tested their code, and I could release an up-to-date contrib soon.
