This bugzilla seems to only really work for those actually working for 
Atmel :-)

Host norvm-tools-m.norway.atmel.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

And links to related bugs almost always finish in "You are not 
authorized to access bug #x.".

For the record, the faulty behavior about ethernet_input() is fixed in 
ASF(Atmel Software Framework) 3.0.1 (and probably some previous 
releases).
