[lwip-users] TCP Transmit Delay

Hello,

I am sending short TCP messages (14 bytes) from a device using LWIP to a 
WINDOWS based PC.  There is a big delay (upto few seconds) before the 
packet is sent out of the device.  I have verified this using a sniffer.
I have changed the priority but it didn't helped.

This delay is not consistent and varies.  Usually, the first packet has the 
longest delay.
