We need a page with step-by-step instructions on how to install and
setup the Lynx_w32 *binary*.  There's not a whole lot of advantage for
novices to compiling the sources for Win32.  I suspect they (that
includes me) mostly just want to get up and running with as little
hastle as possible.  Perhaps in the future Lynx_w32 can be provided as
a self-extracting file.  The addition of templates for the *.bat and
*.pif files might be helpful.  We are in dire need of a rewrite of
lynx.cfg with real examples for the DOS/Windows environment.
