Is this a BUG?:

It seems to work the way the response says, since
if I remove it from the command-line, it works ok.

Isn't it a BUG that the "=on" isn't caught and
COMPLAINED about?

Or, that the "=on" doesn't simply get processed
as if it WERE in .lynxrc.

Probably LOTS of people have been caught by this
one!

What IS the rule about options? Are they allowed
to have value-args?

If not, then it must be caught, and an EXPLANATORY
MESSAGE (eg "options on the command merely REVERSE
what is set up in your .lynxrc; and, they
may NOT have "=" following them.")
typed out.
