All icons should have a size of 48x48 at the moment.

By the way, most icons have a transparent background. Yours has a white
background. Because of that, it looks a bit weird in the input method
switcher, see the attached screenshot. But I think that is no problem if
you want it like that. I just wanted to mention it.

Thanks! The white background is not intentional, but not regretted either. You're welcome to change it to transparent.

 

I tested sa-vedic-itrans.mim and as far as I can tell it seems to work fine.
