What issue did you face?

Gaël said that the timezone support has been improved in Django 1.4,
which has been released a few days ago. Hopefully, those improvements
will allow us to have a client-based timezone rather than a
server-based, fixed, timezone.

dev.m.o is connected to a GIS database restricted to France and
therefore, we don't find the administrative boundaries for anything
but french cities.

Due to the fact that we have migrated to Mapnik 2 for dev.m.o, we
cannot use the www.m.o GIS database for dev.m.o. So, during the SF
hackfest, we created a new GIS database in the Mapnik 2 compatible
layout, limited to France. We are waiting for a world GIS database to
be imported on another server in order to put dev.m.o into production.

Thomas
