Can those translation strings then be integrated in the .po file? If
not, then I don't like this option: it is one more file to look at for
translators. They already need to:

 * Translate the MapOSMatic .po file
 * Translate the OcitySMap .po file
 * Translate the OcitySMap i18n.py module

I am not sure I want to add yet another file to the list, just for the
description strings of the stylesheets.

I wasn't sure about this. The idea was to give some context, but
admittedly, it's probably not a good idea.
