Build results on the current development version (555).

Debian Squeeze amd64 - success
FreeBSD (all with with openssl make > $(MAKE) change)
    7.2 i386 -success
    7.2 amd64 - success (without nsis)
    8.0 amd64 - success (without nsis)
Mac OSX 10.5 - success
Mac OSX 10.6 - success
Open Solaris 2009.06 - success (revert binutils to 2.19 - rev 505)
Ubuntu 9.10 i386 - success
Ubuntu 9.10 amd64 - success

The FreeBSD amd64 nsis issue is a common problem with the gcc -m32
flag, that isn't going to be resolved soon, but I'll keep an eye on
it.
