[Mingw-cross-env-list] gtksourceview/-mm

Hi.

i'm having problems with gtksourceview. attached are the two makefile
parts to build gtksourceview and its c++ binding.

it requires version 2.64 of autoconf, but debian stable only has 2.61
- what would be the way to go here?
