Update:

Patches sent to all projects dev or bugs mailing lists.

Fltk and xvidcore have been updated in mingw-cross-env [1] to use the 
patches rather than the sed hacks. For libdnet and winpcap, I left the 
sed hacks alone to avoid having to work with autoconf and friends on 
these brittle packages.
