[Mingw-cross-env-list] Problem with libdl

Hello,

for a project with libcurl, I need to include libdl to the libraries
(compiler switch -ldl). Unfortunately, this is not found, and neither
make dl or make libdl is a valid target in MXE.

How do I get libdl in MXE?
