[Mingw-cross-env-list] SDL2

Hi,

as SDL2 is nearing a release, I did some tests to build the package and 
include it into mxe. I've encountered two problems so far and looks for 
some input here.

* wbemcli.h is missing (grabbed it from mingw-64 headers - 
http://sourceforge.net/apps/trac/mingw-w64/browser/trunk/mingw-w64-headers/include/wbemcli.h 
)
* xinput.h is missing - It looks like this is only included in newer 
DirectX versions - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/DirectInput

Does anyone have any experience with xinput?
