The GUI-Protocol version 13 seems to have changed between _9 and _11. The
ocaml GUI client using protocol version 13 build from 2:02_9 will be
disconnected soon after login to a 2:02_11 core. Now I know that one should
use matching versions of gui and core, but what are protocol versions used
for but backwards compatibility?
