so if length of filename is longer than max_name_len then the filename is
displayed in the popup for the line of the downloading file in vd, if it is
shorter no filename is in the popup. From MLDonkey there is no "..." which is
displayed in the popup so I think it is depended on the webbrowser. Firefox
displayes "..." while Konqueror from KDE 3.3.2 does not.
