[Mldonkey-bugs] [bugs #11303] Files are not COMPLETED if something goes wrong

Follow-up Comment #1, bugs #11303 (project mldonkey):

I have similiarissue when i do recover_temp and kill mldonkey before
recovering is finished.

Files which were added to download list but were not md4 checked yet are 100%
downloaded but their state is downloading. It's doesn't looks like mldonkey
check their md4 then, so i have to kill core and remove them from files.ini
so they can be checked on next start. Here is perl script for remoing buggy
downloads
