Yes, you are right, it is another script, but a very simple one:

--- cut ---
#!/bin/bash
#
cd /edonkey/mldonkey
./mldonkey > mldonkey.log 2>mldonkey.errorlog &
#
# End
--- cut ---

Thats all.
You have to change the path, of course.
