[Mldonkey-users] Help!!!!!!terminal??

hi, ive been trying to install and get mldonkey/cocodonkey up and running for 
about a month, and finally broke down to ask for help. acouple of questions:
1.i downloaded all the components from the michel moreau i disk. i installed 
cocodonkey(i think) i have the little icon. but nothing in the mldonkey folder 
will install anything. always says:there is no default application specified to 
open the application.. the dlcomponent seemed to install fine.
same problem though with the "terminalhereplugin"
is there a specific order to install?
2. what is a terminal? (reading the instructions says to "open terminal" is 
this for cocodonkey, then "tape CD".
3.what is "tape"?
please help, or if you know anyone who wrote instructions for installation for 
morons, please forward to me!
