Whether mldonkey2 is the cause of the Overnet performance drop or not,
leeching is bad...

Until the Overnet upload works again, I see two solutions for mldonkey
users :
- disable overnet support altogether (disable overnet_search_keyword
and overnet_search_sources, kill the core, remove any overnet peer address
from servers.ini, restart the core)
- run both mldonkey2 and the official overnet client (upload only). Give it
its own port (tcp and udp), share all the mldonkey "shared_directories", set
the bandwidth allocated to the official client with "dumax", and leave it
running in a corner...
