[Mldonkey-users] Pausing Downloads

Hello,

2.04rc1-5 keeps pausing downloads for no apparent reason. I have 12
active Downloads, and enough free space to finish them all. The log
doesn't show anything interesting.

Also, could you please tag every version in the CVS? There is really
no reason not to do this. Right now I would like to go back to -3, but
accidently removed the binary.
