[Mldonkey-users] 2.5-4 nu command does not work, clients stuck in upload slots

Why doesn't "nu" work, and why do dead clients STILL take up upload 
slots?  This bug has been around for months, if not over a year.

It is extremely irritating if you've got 10 upload slots and 8 of 
them are being taken up by the same clients, for hours, not 
downloading anything.  After about 30 seconds inactivity, these 
clients should be booted...
