[Mldonkey-users] How to disable sharing?

Hi,
due to law reasons I need to complety disable sharing and upload possibility 
beeing able to download files.
I've defined new sharing strategy and set it default_sharing_strategy, but on 
startup mlnet picks up files from my incoming directory and share it.
Any way of doing that? Maybe blocking some ports on firewall or other settings?
