it looks like a total server overload, mostly database (mysql) and to a 
lesser extent the apache httpd. Berlios is gaining popularity these 
days. Either they upgrade their servers or they can shut down completely 
due to uselessness for devs and users (in its current state).

In the latter case (or if they take too long fixing their current broken 
state), mldonkey.berlios.de will need a new home.

Beware that we produce (even with no file downloads) a little traffic.
