Include file support

I have just coded include file support for the monit configuration file.
The syntax is as follows...

include globpattern

like

include includes/*.monit

or

include includes/myincludefile

This patch is just for testing.  There are still limitations...
  - no quoting
  - thus no spaces or other weird stuff
