can you please describe the problem in more detail? What happens? Are there
any error messages on the console or logfile?

You can try to run monit in verbose mode as follows:

monit -vc /etc/monitrc

I think your configuration should work fine on monit-4.3.

Also note (not related to your problem) the usage of '-d 10' option and 'set
daemon 120' statement - these parameters are both for the same purpose (to
set testing cycle rate in daemon mode). You need to use just one of it.
