Oh, err, umm... 'monotone diff' should work, and if it doesn't, that's
a bug?

Hmm, seems to work fine.

Oh, I see, but you mean _after_ commit, you have a revision, and want
to diff it against its ancestor, but there is none.  Yeah, there isn't
really a good way to do that ATM, though it's a perfectly possible
thing to do.  What would be the right UI for it, I think is the
question...
