Hrm... I see that nvm.suspend-cert has two heads, one with the suspend
cert added and one not (an explicit_merge). Thats why the branch was
still listed in ls branches (obviously you said you already suspended it ;)

Yeah, thats what I was looking for as well =)

Well, that wouldn't make it faster, just show the user "hey, we're doing
something".

I certainly like this feature, I just don't like the fact that it slows
down commands I use pretty often. So we should at least make
--ignore-suspend-certs skip the processing - I have to admit I have no
clue on the other things, I leave that to the pro's ;)
