Ok, I see that now.

I am getting an error in txt2c.cc:
Error   2       error C2039: 'back_inserter' : is not a member of 'std'
c:\buildbot\monotone-0.43.tar\monotone-0.43\txt2c.cc    19      txt2c

Any hint to a solution to this?
