doesn't this miss the point? It is not that scientists want to "hey, 
Duncan, I'm squirting something in a test tube" kind of teenage exchange. 
Rather, it is the openness aspect of teenag twiter that is the point. the 
"open" exchange of views, data, protocols, through some new technoogy is 
all in keeping with supposed scientific openness.
