We have an RSS feed of the items within a pack (the icon is on the right 
hand side of the Items box and also the pack's page should have an RSS 
autodiscovery to the feed):

The pack's item feed wouldn't do this, but Sergejs' working on the 
ability to "subscribe to a workflow/file/group" so that you can get this 
kind of information via a feed. Watch this space :-)

Not yet. At the moment we don't do anything about external links... but 
we want to expand this in the future to be able to do something like 
that. Even basic monitoring like whether the external link is accessible 
or not might be useful.
