[Myexperiment-discuss] request: a use case for provenance

Hi,
 in today's meeting you mentioned a use for provenance in the context 
of e-Lico and some feedback for their planning algorithms, and this 
sounded very much like a use case that we should capture in the W3C 
incubator, but I would need more details on it. Is this documented 
anywhere, or could you please elaborate?
