Thanks Don.

One thing I thought of there was to also be able to flag the person 
commenting as a spammer.
On my Android phone, Android Market has a notion of 'Mark this as spam' 
on the application comments.
I'm not sure what they do, but if 'enough' people mark a person as a 
spammer, then you could hide their content until someone can evaluate it 
manually.
