[Nano-devel] pasting on the bottom line

Hi all,

Currently, when smooth scrolling is enabled and the cursor
is on the last line of the edit window, pasting a line (or
multiple lines) will recenter the cursor to the middle of
the screen -- in other words: it will scroll half a screen.
I don't find this appropriate in smooth-scrolling mode --
I think the screen should just scroll the required number
of lines and keep the cursor on the last line.  Attached
simple patch accomplishes this.

Who would like to see this new behaviour?  And who wishes
to keep the old one?
