[Nano-devel] should Verbatim Input do what it says or what it does?

Hi,

Currently, when using Verbatim Input (M-V) for inserting keystrokes
undecoded into the text buffer, what happens is that nano will take
*all* keystrokes in the input buffer and insert them verbatim into
the text. Normally, there will be just one keystroke in the buffer
and all will be fine. But if your machine is thrashing, or the
connection with a remote machine is choking, several keystrokes
might accumulate, which will result in all of them being entered
verbatim into the text (if they follow an M-V).

Big deal, you will say. The thing is: in the help text (and in
the manual) it says: "M-V Insert the next keystroke verbatim".

So the question is: should the code be fixed, or the manual?
