[Nano-devel] [PATCH V12] Implement bookmarks

Hi Devs!

Attached patches implement bookmarks in nano.

Differences from V11 are:
 - Removed remaining uneeded comments.
 - Replaced "update_needed = TRUE" with "edit_redraw"
 - Added statusbar message when jumping to bookmark.
 - Mentioned default binding in docs.

Also I changed mutt's configuration to use utf-8. If any related
problem still persists, please tell me.
