[Nel] UDP benchmark

There's a new version of the client (02/04/10 11:00AM). Get the last one to
be sure that it'll be work fine with the server and *erase* your client.cfg
before running the new client.

Udp Bench is now working with itsalive server (GNU/Linux box) instead of a
windows one ad restart automatically if the server crashed.
