RE: [Nel] GCC 3.3 and NeL CVS

Hi Adam,

I removed the -Winline and -Wshadow from thr configure.ac because it
generates not useful warnings.

I also forgot to put a #ifdef NL_OS_WINDOWS around the Windows.h
include.
